We've got a fantastic opportunity to work within a fantastic school in Bedford and surrounding villages as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant. Step Into Teaching are keen to recruit a handful of graduates that are keen to gain some experience with an eye for becoming an a qualified teacher.

If you're predicted or currently hold a degree in Computer Science or IT, then this could be the ideal position for you.

The successful Computer Science Teaching Assistant must:

• Have a Computer Science or IT based degree with a 2:2 or above. Strong A-Level results in the subject will also be ideal.
• Be passionate about Computer Science as well as passionate about support students.
• Be able to inspire and motivate and be patient.
• Have high expectations for students learning achievement and behaviour
• Be Passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people
• Be creative, friendly and approachable

The opportunity:

• Full-time role, Monday-Friday
• ASAP until July 2024

• £452.50-£505.00 per week (term time only)
